SUPER II vs chat

Chat answers. SUPER II does the work.

A big model in a chat gives you text, and then the work is yours. SUPER II takes the task, sits down at its own computer and hands in the finished job. More powerful than just a model in a chat.

FAQ

What is an AI team?
These are staff in different roles on the SUPER II model under one subscription. On paid plans the team has a work computer in the cloud: it does tasks in programs and the browser itself and reports in chat.
Do I need to install anything?
No. The account works in the browser, and the team's work computer is in the cloud. There is a Windows app and notifications.
How do I keep track of the work?
Your account shows screenshots of the work computer, refreshed every few seconds, and a log of every action.
When do the team and support work?
The AI team works 24/7. Support replies during business hours.
Is this a chatbot?
No. A SUPER II AI team works inside its own Windows environment with a browser, so it can log into Seller Central, QuickBooks or your CRM and complete multi-step tasks the way a person would, then report back.
Will it send messages without asking me?
It asks before messaging strangers, posting in your name, deleting anything or paying. Everything except payments can be switched off with Don't ask again, and you can add your own limits at any time.
Do I need to integrate APIs or hire a developer?
No. If a person on your team can do the task in a browser, the AI employee can learn it from your instructions. APIs are optional, not required.
How is my data protected?
The AI team runs in an isolated environment, credentials are stored encrypted and you can revoke access at any moment. We recommend giving it separate logins with the minimum permissions it needs.
Can I have several employees?
Yes. A team can have several roles, for example one on leads, one on Amazon and one on bookkeeping. They take turns in the team's own environment. To run work at the same time, add another team.
How much does it cost?
24 000 ₽ (≈ $255) per AI team per month, paid monthly in Russian rubles. Start with one task and measure the hours it saves. Hit the limits: add an extension. Need more: take another team.

Good to know

  • Outbound email follows the CAN-SPAM Act: accurate sender details, a physical address and a working opt-out in every message.
  • SUPER II does not send automated calls or marketing texts without prior consent, in line with the TCPA.
  • Personal data is handled in line with the CCPA/CPRA and other state privacy laws; you remain the business that decides what data the AI employee may use.
  • Under the FTC rule on consumer reviews, the AI employee replies to real reviews only and never writes, buys or suppresses reviews.
  • Work on LinkedIn, Amazon and other platforms stays within each platform's terms: no scraping at scale, no mass messaging, first messages to strangers wait for your yes.
  • The AI employee does not handle protected health information unless a proper agreement is in place; for healthcare practices it is used for non-clinical admin.
  • Contracts, tax filings and bids are prepared as drafts; final legal and tax decisions stay with you and your advisors.
